Choosing JOA means taking a step towards more ethical and sustainable fashion. We've opted for a Print On Demand production model, which means each piece is manufactured only when ordered. The result? No unnecessary inventory , no overproduction, and therefore less textile waste.

Our clothing is carefully printed by our partner Printful, ensuring optimal quality while respecting a responsible approach. A more thoughtful fashion, without excess, that prioritizes the essentials: your comfort, your style, and a lesser impact on the environment.

How to wash/maintain clothes?

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary. Do not use fabric softener.

  • Machine dry on low heat or hang dry for increased life.

  • Iron inside out with iron on low heat. Do not iron the decoration.

  • Do not dry clean.

Are your products OEKO-TEX certified?

The OEKO-TEX® certification is one of the world's leading labels for textile safety. It proves that certified products are free of dangerous chemicals. We have indicated the label in the description of the products that hold this certification.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide!

What are the preparation and shipping times?

Estimated Delivery Time (ELT) is our prediction of when an order can be delivered to you. The DEL is the sum of the estimated turnaround and shipping times:

Estimated fulfillment + Estimated shipping = Estimated delivery time

Our average processing time is 2-5 business days.

When we calculate the estimated turnaround time , we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

Estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data for deliveries to your region or sales region.

The estimated delivery time being an estimate, it is not a guarantee . You may receive the order after DEL for reasons such as:

  • Problems with print/embroidery files
  • Products out of stock
  • Shipping delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions

That being said, we will do our best to meet our delivery forecasts. If you have not received the order and the DEL has passed, please allow a few more days. Contact us at the following email address: joabrandinfo@gmail.com and we will check the status of your order and tell you how to proceed.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?

As our garments are printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless they are defective or due to a manufacturing error. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.

How do I care for my JOA clothing?
