Are your clothes vegan?

  • Yes, our clothing is free from animal products.

What type of ink do you use?

  • For DTG products , we use Kornit and NeoPigment water-based inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified. This means they are safe to print on children's clothing, while also reducing environmental waste. These color inks are highly wash-resistant according to the AATCC classification.

How to wash/care for clothes?

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Do not use fabric softener.
  • Machine dry low or hang dry for longer life.
  • Iron on the reverse side with a low heat iron. Do not iron the decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

Are your products OEKO-TEX certified?

  • The OEKO-TEX® certification is one of the world's leading labels for textile safety. It proves that certified products are free from hazardous chemicals. We have listed the label in the descriptions of products that hold this certification.

Do you ship internationally?

How much are the delivery charges?

  • Shipping costs are FREE worldwide.

What are the preparation and shipping times?

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order can be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of the estimated fulfillment and shipping times:

estimated execution + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.


Our average processing time is 2-5 business days.

When calculating the estimated lead time , we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data for deliveries to your region or sales area.

The estimated delivery time is an estimate, it is not a guarantee . You may receive the order after the DEL for reasons such as:

  1. Problems with print/embroidery files
  2. Products out of stock
  3. Shipping-related delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions

That being said, we will do our best to meet our delivery expectations. If you have not received your order and the DEL has passed, please allow a few more days. Contact us at joabrandinfo@gmail.com and we will check the status of your order and advise you on how to proceed.
