Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date, but don't worry! We will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. You just need to confirm to us that your delivery address is correct, and that you have contacted the carrier to try to locate the lost order. Please be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to initiate a reshipment. It is always best to include photos to avoid delays.

Please be aware that if the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you believe you have not received it, we will not be responsible for and will not reship that order.
