Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • If you have a size issue, we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date, but don't worry! We'll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. All you need to do is confirm that your shipping address is correct and that you've contacted the carrier to try to locate the lost order. Please note that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to initiate a reshipment. It's always best to include photos to avoid delays.
  • Please be aware that if the tracking information indicates that an order was delivered, but you believe you did not receive it, we will not be responsible and will not reship that order.
